    I'm so sorry Mr. Helbig, this is not how we typically do business. My Dad, Mr. Welker, passed away on June 3rd. He was the kindest, sweetest Daddy a girl could have. He truly cared about people and was always fair and honest. That's how I've tried to continue running the business since he left to stay home with my Mom a few years ago. I apologize that we didn't get back in touch with you. If you still want us to come, I won't charge the additional cost for the fuel surcharge. Feel free to call if you want to reschedule.     Called the owner in the early morning hours (she was so kind), someone was out here within a couple of hours and we are so very grateful. It was hard to find someone on a Saturday/Holiday weekend. Can’t thank them enough and would call them again and also recommend.

    Very disappointed in their work. Back yard and basement have been flooding ever since they put in a new septic tank line.

    Mr. Sharp, We always try to resolve the issue, sometimes nature interferes or something is wrong other than the septic system itself. We also go by the environmental guide lines. During wet periods, failures are often hard to correct until it drys up some. New installations are not even permitted to be installed if the ground is wet. I'm so sorry you had an issue with our work.
