    Plumber came out due to a leaking showerhead.. im on vacation but my kids godfather is here. I told company and worker most I could spend is 250 and if the problem couldn’t be fixed to at least try to turn off water coming out, got quoted over 1300 to convert 3 piece tub faucet into 1, water still leaking… I get home today, not even 2 minutes later I myself turned the water off, I’m a mailman lol thanks for nothing!

    Loni, we’re sorry you were disappointed, but we do want to add some context for anyone reading this review. Before our technician was dispatched, we were informed that your maximum budget for the repair was $250. We still sent a licensed professional to the home, evaluated the leaking three-piece tub/shower faucet, and provided an upfront price of approximately $1,300 to properly convert and repair the fixture. You were under absolutely no obligation to approve that work, and it was not performed. We understand that turning off the leaking fixture afterward may have seemed simple. However, our responsibility as a professional plumbing company is to diagnose the problem and offer a repair we can properly stand behind, not perform a temporary or incomplete repair simply to fit a predetermined budget. Every service visit requires a real person answering the phone, a stocked service vehicle, fuel, insurance, and a trained technician’s time and expertise. Those costs exist whether the homeowner ultimately approves the recommended repair or not. We respect anyone’s decision not to proceed with a repair because of price. We simply don’t believe it is fair to characterize a professional diagnosis and an unapproved repair estimate as “nothing.” We wish you the best and hope the issue is resolved.
