    Had him do a subdivision and put a road in. He took every shortcut you can imagine cheap asphalt didn’t pack the ground in good and the road is breaking apart after two years giant sink holes left all the manholes covered up and didn’t put swells in like what was in the bid. Double charged for dirt and roadwork then put zero in for asphalt like it was included. Then sent me the bill for the asphalt and I asked him why he double charged for roadwork and he gave me a slight discount when I realized what he did. Do not recommend using this company
