I highly recommend Watermasters to anyone needing help with their septic system. My lift station pump burned out. Frank and Josh came out diagnosed the issue and had a new pump in stalled the very next day. Frank even found me a less expensive pump! I did shop around and they were about 1k less than other septic repair ppl.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience and for recommending Watermasters! We're glad Frank and Josh were able to diagnose the issue quickly and get your lift station back up and running. We truly appreciate your business and kind words about our team Tracy!

Watermasters, Inc. is an exceptional septic company that I highly recommend. They provided excellent assistance when I was in a difficult situation. Their prompt response to my calls and text messages is commendable. They are thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and reliable. I can’t recall feeling as confident about another septic company. These professionals are honest and fair. They have earned my business the old fashioned way, through respect and quality service. I recommend them to everyone I know!

baffled and not happy this company has caused me great deal of grief and headache to say the least they worked on my septic but did not notify city or health department or get permits and did the job not by code or properly and now it is a BIG mess and they certified the septic and it should have never been certified since it was not done properly STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY heath the warnings!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviewers describe Frank and Josh responding fast to lift station and ejector pit trouble, sometimes the same day a call came in. Tracy said the crew diagnosed a burned-out lift station pump and had a replacement installed the next day, tracking down a cheaper part than other repair companies quoted. Jennifer called the business an "honest family owned and operated" outfit, and Larry reached out on a Sunday emergency and got Frank on site quickly with a suggestion to add risers for easier future pump-outs.
