We were so fortunate to have Brad come out and help us with our sewer line after getting nowhere with another company that tried to charge us an outrageous amount of money. Brad was quick, helpful and most of all extremely kind and understanding with what we were dealing with! I can’t recommend this company enough!

I found out that we had a failing sewer line! I had 5 companies come out and take a camera down the line and all were different. Vietzke team was the only company that explained in DETAIL what product they would use and why. We ran into a 1 day job into a week! The original sewer line was put in 1977 PC pipe! It was improperly installed. We had to move to a hotel for the week. Vietzke suggested the Davenport and would pay for our stay! They had to dig several holes in the yard they were 8 ft deep. It was a mess with rain, snow and mud everywhere.

    Response from the owner

Cynda, I realize the job was very inconvenient for you. We are glad we were able to get this fixed for you with as little inconvenience as possible.

Tech Brad came out Monday evening to break thru a stubborn clog and I was very impressed with his performance knowledge and professionalism I own a 1950s south hill rancher and he did a fantastic job! His expertise is invaluable.

Just had Brad out to my house to check drain things, and I cannot recommend him enough! Not only did he do a great job, I stayed and chatted with him while he did the work and he’s just a really good person. I wouldn’t have anyone other than Vietzke do my drains again! 10/10 recommend using Vietzke and asking for Brad. I’m a new homeowner out in the South Hill, and they have my business for as long as I’m here! I already recommended Vietzke to my neighbor based on this interaction and will recommend them to anyone else as well!

Several customers describe Vietzke crews working on sewer lines and drains at their homes. Sydney called on the company for a sewer line problem, and Vicki had a video inspection of hers, with the technician explaining the findings as he filmed. Michael had a stubborn clog broken through on a Monday evening. Cynda's failing sewer line turned a one-day job into a week of digging, with several holes about 8 ft deep in the yard. She says the crew "explained in DETAIL" what product they would use and why, and that they will return in spring to level the holes and put sod back. Elizabeth's basement drain overflowed on a Sunday afternoon, and Paul came out quickly and stayed until the job was done around 10 pm.
