The gentleman that worked on our system were amazing. They informed us of the problem and how to go forward to avoid that situation again. They were so courteous and helpful that we cannot thank them enough. I’m grateful to God for V&S.

They only changed part of the line. They did not replace the leaking pipe going through the wall, which I asked them to do and was charged for. Now it is leaking again.people if you have any sence stay away.

Response from the owner

I am sorry you were dissatisfied. The work our men did was done 14 months ago and it has worked and is still working. The problem you have with the pipe leaking inside as I explained is considered plumbing. We are in the office daily and will be glad to speak with you person to person about this matter if you need anymore assistance.

I was referred to V & S Septic by my plumber in Pilot Mountain. They did an excellent job, and are one of the best service providers I’ve dealt with!! Mandy is very thorough, courteous and professional, and John is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend V & S and will be using them for my ongoing septic maintenance.

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your kind words Mr.Rowan.It was a pleasure working with you and getting to know you.

These guys are absolutely wonderful. They get to the location as quickly as they possibly can, and in our case they even showed up before we'd been expecting them, with a phone call to make sure the time would work for us prior to coming. They work with efficiency and care, and when coming to my grandparents' house, who are both in their 90's and have dementia and Alzheimer's, they were polite, considerate, and proactive in trying to prevent any future issues. I also have to say that the price was beyond reasonable, especially in comparison to other companies!

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your kind words. It was our pleasure working with you all!
