    Dan Did a very professional job pumping my septic tank out. He went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible. He gave me some suggestions to make my septic system better, and easier to do next time. I will definitely use Turner Sanitation again, and will ask for Dan specifically.

    We had Turner Sanitation out to pump the septic tank. The guy that was here was professional and did a great job. We now believe that the prior company we used did not do a good job. So Thankful for an honest company! We will definitely be repeat customer's.

    Can’t rate lower than a 1 star so 1 star it is I guess, we had a pretty good first impression when we spoke with them on the phone and their first visit, had them come out and locate lid and could barely locate it, then we had them install a riser on our tank, they install the riser and install a lid in the middle of our sidewalk that 2 inches below grade, had them come back to fix, didn’t do anything just told me to put a landscape stop on top of it in the middle of my sidewalk(would look real classy by the way).

    Ray, we're sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we do want to clarify several points for accuracy. Our company was initially contacted to locate the septic tank lid and install a riser for easier access. A riser installation does not affect how a septic system fills or drains. The condition you experienced months later is related to to the drain field not properly accepting water, which causes the tank to fill and eventually back up. This is a separate component of the system and is not caused by installing a riser. When our manager visited your property, the purpose was to explain the situation clearly and discuss the condition of the system. No conclusions were made without evaluating the system, and the explanation provided was based on how septic systems function. When a drain field is failing or saturated, pumping the tank is often the only temporary solution to prevent sewage backup until a later repair or replacement is addressed. Regarding the conversation at your home, there was absolutely no intention to be disrespectful toward your wife. Our manager simply wanted to ensure the explanation was clearly understood by the homeowner before discussing next steps. We stand behind the work we performed and the information we provided. Septic systems are complex, and unfortunately issues with a drain field can occur independently of other work done on the tank. if you would like to discuss long-term options for resolving the drain field issue, we are still willing to have that conversion.     I had an absolutely the best experience with the service provided by this company. Charles came on time and emptied my tank in a very timely matter.     I just spoke with Don, and he was so nice to answer alot of questions for me, even though I found out that his company doesn't come out north of i69, which I would need. He could have just hung up, but proceeded to tell me what I need to be aware of, so that whomever I get, so the job gets done correctly. I had 2 people say get Turner, they are the best, so, Don thanks for your time! You truly are a man of integrity 👏 His secretary was very helpful, also
