First off I would like to thank Joanne for being so personable on the phone. You don’t have to go through an AI person you go straight to a human. She was able to have Gilbert come out the next morning to help my mom who is 91. When Gilbert arrived, he diagnosed the issue immediately. Gilbert was able to order the part and arrive back the following morning to complete the job. This company is wonderful. I have them on speed dial. Thank you again to you both. Have a wonderful and safe weekend. Carol

    Response from the owner

Carol, thank you so much for this. We will absolutely pass your kind words along to Jackie and Gilbert. It means a lot that your mom was taken care of quickly and that Gilbert could get the part and finish the job the next morning. We are honored to be on speed dial and we look forward to helping your family again anytime you need us. Have a wonderful weekend too.

Gilbert with True Quality Plumbing is amazing! We had an emergency with a major water leak under our house. We called True Quality Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend at 5:30 in the evening. Gilbert was at our house within two hours! It turned out that the leak was very extensive and unfortunately could not be repaired that evening despite his efforts. The piping was 50 years old and not salvageable. Gilbert rearranged his schedule and arrived with his crew early the next morning and replaced our piping. They did a great job and completed it in one day. We had water again by dinnertime.

    Response from the owner

Jane, thank you for sharing this. A major leak under a 50 year old home is never an easy fix, and we are glad Gilbert and the crew could get you back up and running by dinnertime the next day. We always aim to treat customers fairly and honestly, especially in an emergency like this, so this review means a great deal to us. Thank you for trusting True Quality Plumbing.

Quality work, most willing to work with you to solve difficult problems. Very hard worker, honest dependable and fair priced. left his home and family on a Sunday night to access and estimate my desperate condition, came up with an agreeable solution and completed the work the next day for a reasonable price.

    Response from the owner

Randy, thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Solving tough problems is exactly what we love doing, and we were glad to get out to you Sunday night and have a solution completed the next day. Honest work at a fair price is what we stand for. We appreciate your trust and would be glad to help again anytime you need us.

Service very professional, good job! Had to reroute plumbing overhead to prevent slab leak from happening ever again.

    Response from the owner

David, thank you for the kind words. Rerouting that line overhead was the right call to keep a slab leak from coming back, and we were happy to take care of it the right way the first time. We appreciate your business and are grateful you chose True Quality.

Several reviews describe a fast response when something goes wrong, with a technician arriving the same day or the next morning to look at the problem. Tracy said the plumber showed up "within an hour of my call" after she reported an issue. More than one reviewer names Gilbert or Mike directly, crediting them with explaining the repair and finishing it before the day was out.
