I cannot say enough good things about Triple S Plumbing. From the first call to the last visit, every person I dealt with treated me with real care and professionalism. Beth at the front was kind, clear, and made the whole process easy. The technicians who came out, Raymond, Eric, and Cody, were outstanding. They pumped my septic tank and then went above and beyond when I was still having issues. They came back out, took care of a clog at no charge, and never made me feel like I was being a problem. Even the owner took time to help me.

Thank you so much to Triple S Plumbing for coming out this morning and pumping out my septic tank. Turns out my pump just turned off during a power outage and I hit the reset button, but there was a slight panic when I saw some sewage, they came out this morning and went ahead and checked to make sure everything was in working order, I was going to be coming up on my 5 years, so they went ahead and pumped it out and cleaned my filter, stayed under $500. Dave and Leon were great, quick and efficient. Thank you so much again for saving me from what could have been a disaster….

Several customers describe septic pumpouts. Ken wrote that the crew "showed up on time" and left the tank clean, and Andrew said his pumpout was finished in a timely manner. Dawn had her tank pumped and her filter cleaned after a scare with sewage during a power outage. Repairs come up too. Micheal had a bad septic pump replaced after a prompt response, and Domonique said the crew that pumped her tank came back out to clear a clog. She has used the company for several years.
