    My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with this very good company...We woke this morning, Friday, naturally, with a large puddle in our front yard. We were concerned about an exterior water line leak to the tune of 10k to repair. So I called Transou's and spoke to a very understanding lady who made sure that someone would come immediately. When the guy, John, came he did a most thorough examination and determined that the problem was not as disastrous as we had feared. He got us fixed up.

    John did an excellent job addressing two issues in our upstairs bathrooms, including a bathtub leak that had caused water damage to the kitchen ceiling below and cleaning and resealing another bathroom fixture with new silicone. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problems, and completed the repairs efficiently. What impressed me most was the excellent communication and coordination between the technician on site and the main office. Their clear division of responsibilities made the entire process very smooth and efficient.
