    the main lady person we Dealt with, Denise, laughed at me when I was trying to understand the bill. what should had been just explained and clarified turned into me being laughed at and no explanation until I started asking now questions later in the day via email. when I went to pay my bill, Denise told me there is a 3% fee when using a credit card, but no fee when using a debit card (through email since I refuse to call back and be laughed at again) and we were changed the 3% fee on our credit card. it then took way too long to get ahold of anyone to get the fee reversed.

    Every time we have an issue with our septic we call tlc. A couple of times we have actually had the owner come out and fix our issue. They are always profesional and find a way to help immediately. When it comes to our septic they are the only ones we will call.

    We had a major repair needed on our drainfield and we hired TLC because I was impressed with Jim and his knowledge. Every member of the crew we met was courteous, respectful and just genuinely good people- including Denise in the office! They left the jobsite looking much better than when they arrived. Larry is a perfectionist and it showed in his work! I usually dread people working on my house and don't want to interact, but I genuinely enjoyed chatting with these guys! I highly recommend this company because they took a huge headache from us and fixed it!

    We’ve used these TLC Patriot several times both in emergencies and upgrading our home. They are VERY GOOD PEOPLE. They are prompt, professional, and honest. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or sewer line work.
