Three Bear Contracting installed a septic for our off grid cabin and they were great to work with! Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Justin helped us with our permit and working with the health department which was a huge help for us! Would highly recommend!

professional, prompt and perfect! From the top down Justin Phillips and his amazing crew were so good at communication and follow through. Thy took out a large patio and replaced it, and poured 2 more patios. I'm already booking them for some major landscaping and retaining wall. I can't say enough good things about them! Our patios show their great workmanshi, they really care about their work and it shows..

Three Bear Construction listened to what we had in mind for our project and turned our vision into reality. The work was done professionally and on time. We were out of state at the time the work was done, but Three Bears provided up to date progress reports and pictures of the work as they went. We are very pleased with the work it exceeds our expectations and they finished the work within the timely schedule we requested! We would definitely give them our future projects to work on.

When an underground leak was discovered, causing erosion at a corner of our house, I looked everywhere for someone who was qualified to take on this job and found Three Bear online. After reading the reviews, I called Justin and he came by to take a look at our problem. He spent a lot of time going over what he thought the job would entail and we decided to hire him. It was clear that he was very experienced and I trusted him to take care of this for us. He brought his crew in and finished this huge job in 1 1/2 days.

My wife Debbie and I are satisfied with choosing Three Bear Contracting LLC for our home site preparation and foundation. Our project involved numerous challenges due to building within a flood zone and the scarcity of materials nearby. Justin was willing to meet with a flood official and familiarize himself with the requirements that needed to be met. He efficiently sourced the right materials and made every effort to stay within our budget. He communicated effectively and genuinely displayed care for our concerns. Justin patiently helped us through the process we knew little about.

Before You Call

An older system raises a different question than a new build: whether a repair will hold or the time has come to replace it. Repair and maintenance sit alongside installation in Three Bear's septic work, so both paths can start with the same contractor. Ask which fix they would try first when a system starts to slow down.
