Jesus with The Drain Doctors went above and beyond to get our water restored during what could have been a disastrous family vacation. And Joe, the owner of the company was outstanding as well. He communicated with us throughout the entire process. We were staying at our vacation property on Camano Island with our kids and grandkids when we discovered an underground water leak, a clogged septic line, and no water. Jesus came out on a Friday night and worked until 11:30 p.m. to help us.

Had a sewer backup and the crew came out super fast and figured out what the issue was and the recommended fixes. Ulises, Ismael, Jesus, and Shaun were excellent to work with. they had to hand dig down 7ft to access the damaged area as it wasnt accessible by machines and they jumped right in and got it done. They communicated progress and issues all the way from start to finish and helped fix multiple issues with our drains. Great folks and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend The Drain Doctors! They recently fixed an exterior drainage issue at my house and the entire experience was outstanding. From the start, their communication was excellent and kept me informed throughout the process. The estimator service was great, providing a clear and fair breakdown of the work needed. When it came time for the job, the crew doing the work was amazing, hardworking, professional, and efficient. To top it off, they did an excellent cleanup, leaving my property spotless.
