Needed my septic tank pumped and called That Septic Guy. Jay arrived exactly at the agreed-upon time and got right to work. He explained the system to me and guided me on best practices moving forward. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes and left the area around the septic as clean as it was before he arrived. Jay was professional and charged a fair rate for the service. I would absolutely recommend That Septic Guy to friends and family.

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the review Adam! Glad we were able to get you pumped down and point you to the right direction for some repairs.

Everyone who has a septic needs to call That Septic Guy. I highly recommend Jay. He was friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and answered my myriad of questions which I really appreciated since this is my first home with a septic. He was quick with our pump out and gave me great feedback about our tank. And his rates were affordable and competitive. Will definitely be calling him up when we are due for a pump out again!

    Response from the owner

Thanks for the reply Theresa. We take pride in our customer service and affordability.
