Love them. They came out and did an excellent job. They let me watch and ask questions. They came earlier than they were supposed to, answered the phone every time I called. Very polite and informative. Recommend to everyone.

Response from the owner

We have nothing but great things to say about Thames Septic Service. We called on a Friday afternoon and we had a service call within 2 hours. Unfortunately we needed a new septic system which was installed on the following Monday. They were very professional and accommodating! We hope to only use them for pump outs in the future. We highly recommend them if you have any issues with your septic system. Keep up the good work

Response from the owner

Thank you, Mr Meshel. You and your wife, though in an extremely-stressful-not-planned-nerve-wracking-lose-your-mind situation, never lost your cool and you were a joy to meet and work with. We look forward to seeing you again, in another 4 years of course, when we come back to empty your tank, but until then we wish you the very best and hope you enjoy your new septic system inside your house and your new RV hookup outside. 😀💩☺️🐢
