Left several messages. I am sure they are busy. My parents have received service from them in the past so I know they are reliable. Just wish communication was better

Company was responsive and helpful in resolving a list of plumbing issues including installing kitchen sink disposal + several main line filtration systems. Be sure to have Cash available as card payment may not be an option.

They need to stick to septic You told me $85 to look at it, then charged $125 You said it looked like a tennis ball mark or. Coffee ring.... on the ceiling Just because you've never seen it doesn't mean it's not an issue. I stand by my review.

    Response from the owner

I was told by the man at your house, do not cut the celing out. He said he was going to caulk around the tub and shower and see if it would take care of the problem. I told him I would come back at NO CHARGE if that did not take care of the problem.

Edit: I asked my neighbor who he uses, and he had nothing but glowing reviews for Taylor Plumbing; he uses them as his pump service and also had his system put in by them originally. I called Taylor Plumbing when a sewer pipe blew apart at a joint, wondering if the tank needed to be pumped out. The pipes weren't fitted properly and quickly blew apart again; Larry said he'd come back, fix it and check the tank while I was out of town for a week.
