Great company that stands by their work. I had a new septic pump installed after our old pump finally gave in after 8 years. 2 months later the pump stopped working. I called Tim and he came out and determined that the new float switch had malfunctioned. He replaced the float switch with a new one and septic tank pump started working again. He covered this under warranty and did not charge anything extra. Highly experienced company and they do stand by their products and the work they do for their customers. Highly recommend, five stars all the way.

I ordered the 12-month septic tank maintenance packs from the online shop. The price was amazing plus free shipping! My items arrived quickly and appropriately packaged, as to minimize the chance of damage. My invoice had a little personal thank you note on it. Just gotta love small businesses. Thank you Tim :) I highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer.

Response from the owner

We had TW Ammons out earlier this year to take care of a leach field leak issue. We paid them almost $3,000 for their service. We also had more of the same issues following their remedy. We called back numerous times to get them back out and they always stated they were busy and would get back out when they could. Fast forward to end of year when we call them again, which they do not recall us ever calling. (poor communication between son and dad). Now they are insistent that is is our fault. Very poor customer service! They DO NOT STAND BEHING THEIR WORK!

Response from the owner

Hi Sabrina, when we arrived onsite a year ago (12/2021) we noted to Julio (the homeowner) that he should not be driving and parking over the drain field with his work vehicles and equipment. Julio still wanted us to do the job and paid us what was agreed upon. A year later (this 12/2022) Julio admitted to us that he still drives and parks over the drain field, stating it was his property and he can do what he wants. The truth is septic drain fields are not designed to be parked on or driven over. We talked to Julio earlier today about this and he still blamed us for his septic issues not being resolved. We do repairs for all types of septic failures. If we know part of why a system failed and that reason can be addressed by the homeowner we let them know. Most homeowners understand. If there is too much water getting into the system it floods and water usage should be cut back. If the system is older it can have root infiltration (We remove roots but we do not remove trees.) And if the system is under a structure or driveway it drastically affects the system. We repair all types of septic systems but at the end of the day we can't control what a homeowner or renter does.

Around Mooresville, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Mooresville city page for the full soil profile.
