    I phoned Gilbert requesting our septic tank be pumped. It just happened that his crew was finishing a job fairly close. They arrived earlier than anticipated. They were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a little extra done. I would highly recommend this company.

    Superior septic service was right on septic tank was full and needed to be pulled crew came out 30 minutes after I called them , The 2 man crew was very professional they explained the process to me and cleaned everything up very nice. Definitely recommending them to my neighbors. Thank you Superior

    Superior seemed great in the beginning, but in the end, we were extremely disappointed with the service. Make sure that everything you discuss and agree on in person is written in the contract before beginning the job. Also, they don't clean up after themselves. Let me tell you what happened. We needed our leach line replaced. Superior came out and gave an estimate very close to what all the competitors were giving (some of them are related by the way: Hometown Plumbing & Rescue Hero). They were very knowledgeable and talked to us about everything we would need.
