Top notch service. Despite an unexpected delay, they made the effort to finish the job before the long holiday weekend.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviews describe septic and drainage jobs finished cleanly, not just started. Diana had a septic tank problem traced to two separate lines feeding it, and the crew replaced a damaged pipe and joined both lines into one. Stan called to get a stuck drain unplugged and an estimate for future repairs, and Nancy said the technician who traced a foundation water leak "did not offer or provide services we didn't need."

A handful of reviews can swing a rating fast in a small market like Canandaigua. PumperJack Septic's 4.7 average is built on just 2 reviews, while BrownRock Property Management's 5.0 spans 19, enough reviews that the number is less likely to move with the next job.
