Sunshine Septic in Lady Lake, FL

Ben with Sunshine Septic is great. We have used his services at our house in Ocala twice over the last 4 years. He is on time, works quickly, and does a great job of cleaning up the work site. I have recommended his services in the past and will continue to do so.

I called Sunshine Septic this morning because the septic tank in my house was clogged. I could not use any of the sinks or toilets past 11:30 pm. Early the next morning, I called Sunshine Septic and spoke to a very personable and kind person named Jenna. She scheduled the appointment and in about an hour, the truck was in front of my house! Ben, the technician, was very friendly and a true professional. He explained and showed me the cause of the problem. Ben cleared up the septic tank and cleaned the filter. Problem solved!

Sunshine Septic came out to the house this morning to clean out the septic and did a wonderful job. I've never dealt with a septic system before and was unaware their are covers that needed to be dug up. I thought the white PVC pipe was where the system was pumped out (nope). They found the covers and dug them out and it was a project because of the compacted dry clay soil. Now that I know I'm marking were the lids are with set in pavers and will have them dug out ahead of time. Thank you guys so much for a job well done, much appreciated!

Called Sunshine for a septic inspection and pump out, they were able to put us on their schedule a few days out. Very professional and kind- the lady on the phone and the two men that showed for the work. We will be keeping their number for all of our future septic needs.
