    I called Stiffler’s bc I was having plumbing issues. We had just had the septic pumped but could still hear water gurgling in the pipes and the toilet stopped filling up after flushing. Ryan was easy to talk to, said he’d have a guy come in the morning, it was around 3:30 pm when I had called. Matthew called me at 8 am and said he’d be here in an hour. When he showed up I told him the sequence of events of the mysterious water noises and the worries I had. He took a look in the bathroom and told me he would look at the septic outside and would give me a quote before he started any work.

    The technician was very polite and professional. He assessed my issue checked for water damage and fixed the problem on the spot. I called them and they came out the same day too. Very happy with the service will go to them again for sure.

    I contacted Stiffler’s plumbing due a leaking faucet in our upstairs bathroom, and a leak in our kitchen sink. Matthew came within about 3 hours. He was able to assess and fix everything for a reasonable price. Very respectful and pleasant when my 4 year old wanted to “help.” I would recommend based on communication, reasonable prices and promptness, but especially the kindness he showed my son.

    Very impressed with the service received. I called one morning due to water heater leak from t&p valve. I was told that a technician would be dispatched that afternoon. I received a text at 1:15 pm that technician would arrive between 1:30-3:30 pm. Matthew arrived exactly at 1:30 pm to assess the problem and it was recommended to replace it due to the age of the water heater. Matthew had the old water heater and the new water heater installed in less time than estimated. The new water heater has been a true upgrade for consistent hot water.
