Very crappy service. Make sure you read the reviews before using them. I was told they would be here yesterday at 3, hours had went by, I called to find out what's going on and I got told they was emptying the tank and would be heading my way. We use this company at my work and have never had this issue. Its the next day and they cant even tell me when they are coming! Needless to say they've lost some business! I have kids and we really needed this septic tank pumped.

My experience makes sense after reading reviews. Was thrilled when told they would be out promptly to take care of my overflowing septic system. Called back later and was told a couple hour tops. Then no show, no explanation, Wont answer the phone or respond. 10 hours of hoping they was just busy and would show. Blows my mind a company could say they are on the way and not show or answer the phone to explain? Now I’m going to bed with sewage backed up in my shower and a house full of miserable kids and wife. Save your time and call anyone else.

Called about getting septic pumped. Said they'd fit me in same day and if couldn't, would call to update. Never had it pumped and never heard another word out of them.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. Getting a hold of them on the phone can be extremely hard and when they do answer they'll give you a day and time that they'll be out only to miss that appointment over and over again. Sadly instead of looking elsewhere I kept at it till they could come out to drain my tank. Then we found out the fill lines were busted. Agreed to a price and they came out next day to dig it out. Which took no time at all.Too bad they also destroyed my Japanese Maple in the process.
