This company will not call you back or meet their supposed pick up times. They also offer no discount for not cleaning their toilets as they claim they will or for the headache of not communicating. Contractors beware of using this company if you intend to provide your clients with a good experience.

We chose this trash company when we first moved in to our home. They complained about weight when I could move and lift the can myself - then refused to take the bin. They do not recycle. It gets thrown in withe the trash. When I called to ask about it, a super brainy person told me the truck separates it. I was not born yesterday!! No one answers the phones. They do not tell you that they charge a ridiculous admin fee when you quit their service. I had JUST paid 3 months of service then cancelled because we listed the house for sale and they did not return 1c of my money.

They literally crashed into my house this morning and left without letting Me know. Entire house shook, when I got a call back the woman told me “oh they probably didn’t realize they hit your house, it happens, you wouldn’t know about driving large trucks”. Was in landscaping for 15 years driving larger trucks than these waste trucks and you know how many times I “hit a house and didn’t notice it”? 0. Terrible customer service, and the woman was trying to weasel her way out of fault the entire call/asked for what happened and immediately began talking over me. Stay away at all costs.

They don’t pick up the trash and then try to tell me that they already did. They also are double charging us for septic pumping when I have the canceled checks. Horrible service, probably embezzlement along with dumping sewage in Park County and contaminating people as well.
