    I can not say enough about how helpful, professional and knowledgeable the Southwest Septic team has been to work with. Joe, Lauren & William took such great care of us in working through a replacement of our tank & the city repair permit. Their pricing was not inflated and they charged us exactly what they quoted us. I had major issues in my opinion from several other companies giving me outrageous quotes, and even incomplete inspection reports. Thankfully Lauren & Joe helped me thru the process. The new tank install looks great and passed the counties inspection to sell.

    When our 37-year-old concrete septic tank started to fail, Southwest Septic made the replacement process butter smooth. Joe and Lauren run this as a family business alongside their son William, and each of them took real time to explain what was happening at every stage, from diagnosis, permitting and through installation and inspection. Their communication was clear and prompt and they show up when they say they will. Noticeably better than what we've experienced with other contractors in the area.

    Southwest septic did great work. They were able to schedule us quickly and got the work done in a timely manner and did it well. They are truly a pleasure to work with! Cannot recommend them enough! EDIT: Southwest Septic came this week to fix a leak between our main and the house. They found it promptly, fixed it quickly, their pricing was fair and they were very professional. I continue to be very pleased with their services!

    I would highly recommend Southwest Septic! Joe and Lauren are professional, timely and personable. They installed our septic system a few years ago and did a great job, and recently responded quickly to a water leak in our line coming from the road to our house. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and we are thankful for their great work.
