We had a gas leak red tagged by Xcel on Friday. We got an exorbitant quote from one of the large plumbing companies, others wouldn’t respond until the following Monday. South Side Plumbing gave us a quote by phone, did the work next day, and did it very well. Their invoice was very reasonable, much lower than the big company, and especially considering the weekend timing. We highly recommend South Side Plumbing.

    Response from the owner

Gabriel was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and arrived when he said he would. He also explained what was wrong and how he would fix it - and he did. Additionally, the pre-appointment communication and post-appointment follow up was very good.

    Response from the owner

Your 5-star review made our day! Our plumbers take immense pride in their work, and we're thrilled it showed in our work at your home. Thank you, Andrew, for choosing us and for taking time to share your positive experience!

I had them come out to address a low water pressure issue in my home. A very quick diagnosis and they said it was the PRV. $740 later the issue was not resolved. I had them come back out to see if their installation was incorrect or if it was something else. After we brought up the concern of it possibly being the water softener to their master plumber, the bypass was pressed and the water pressure was not only back to normal but far above safe levels in the home that later had to be reduced. He gave the look of “I didn’t even think about that”.

    Response from the owner

What a wonderful 5-star review, thank you, Josh! In the plumbing business, we know customers have choices, which makes your support even more meaningful. Southside promises to keep delivering the reliable service that earned your outstanding feedback!
