    May 2026

Southern Septic was very quick to respond and communication was prompt and professional throughout the process. I would strongly recommend reading the contract and pricing terms carefully before scheduling services. In my experience, the inspection ended up costing approximately $675 even though the inspection could not be fully completed due to the property not having running water at the time. I requested a discount or adjustment because of the incomplete inspection, but that request was declined.

Over 2 weeks ago I scheduled you to pump out my Septic tank . I took the day off from work, I called and confirmed you would be here today. I called again and noon to make sure and again you confirmed. At 1:15 pm I received a text that you would be here in 45 minutes . At 3 pm I call again and was told I was next . At 4:22 I call and you were closed and no one came . When I booked my appointment I was the only person booked for today yet you never showed. I'm extremely disappointed in your lack of professionalism .

Before You Call

For a drain-field blockage, the decision may be whether hydro-jetting can clear it or damaged pipe needs replacement. One useful phone question is which repair approach fits the symptoms at the property.
