As always, EXCELLENT experience using sound septic; communication from the first call to their office to being on-site for service is unmatched and goes a long way with feeling like you have selected the right service provider. I am surprised to see any negative reviews while Kari has always been very helpful, understanding and professional every time I've called. First thing this morning, received a text that Hank was on his way, he showed up with a smile ready to help.
