Very disappointed with this company. I recommended them to my son. He was overwhelmed at first by the price they quoted him but was relieved to hear they would knock 400.00 off if he did the digging to uncover the tank. He did that and also hurt his back while doing it. Then….i found out that they still charged him the exorbitant amount of 400.00 to do the digging plus the cost of pumping the tank!!!! This mama is mad!!! I also found out he did the same thing to another relative of mine. Worse than having to pay all that money was the fact that he was LIED to.

    Response from the owner

This is false information. I dont know if you or your son have miscommunicated or what. We do not charge for work not performed. That kind of price would involve a trackhoe to do the digging, which may or may not have been the case. Besides if I did the said work for your son why didnt he bring it up at that time? This just doesnt make any sense. I would like to get some more information on this matter please call me at the number listed so we can get this sorted out. Thank you.

This place is AMAZING !!!! He was very detailed and knowledgeable. Paul took his time to explain things that I can do to make my septic life healthy and last longer. Paul is a great communicator “not just in telling me and educating me “he also showed up in time and anytime I called he would always call me back in a short time with any answers to my questions. Pricing was great and he was one of the nicest people I’ve meant since moving to my area. It was a pleasure to meet him and I will be using him in the future. DEFINITELY… if they had a million stars I would have checked it.

    Response from the owner

Thankyou for the great review. Let us know if we can help further.

Note: Reader, please be aware that my previous review for this business has been redirected to the correct business listing. See below for more details. Update: A few days ago, I received a letter from the owner of this Sorrells, Mr. Paul Evans. The letter indicated that my review was unjust, as Mr. Evans could not find me within his work files. Another branch of Sorrells either sold part of the business or use of the business name to Mr. Evans. After subsequent investigation, I was stunned to see that two Sorrells existed. Indeed, I had reviewed the wrong Sorrells.

    Response from the owner

I am sorry for the mix up. As for the record i sent, the intention was only to show that i had done my homework as to weather i had been to that property before which i have not. No threat intended whatsoever. I feel that any review is unmerited at this point. Feel free to call about any other concerns Thanks.
