    I would definitely recommend Skipper's! This was the second job that they have done for me. I had an old empty septic tank collapse. Donnie and his guys got it abandoned correctly. When the dirt started settling, they sent someone to correct the problem. Everyone from their company has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The young man that came today even helped me put oil in my lawn mower.

    Mr. Shannon and his son was very friendly and knowledgeable of what they was doing. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because no invoice or receipt was written up or given to me at the site after the work was completed. The office emailed an invoice with the price of the service but not the services that was provided. I was told that they would email me an invoice with the services that was completed that same day but I never received it. I had to call the next day asking for the invoice to include the services rendered and still no services listed on the invoice that was sent.

We do want to apologize for the confusion regarding your paperwork. After speaking with our technician, I misunderstood that you were requesting a paid receipt rather than an invoice. I emailed the invoice as I was leaving the office that afternoon, and the following morning I sent the paid receipt. When you later mentioned the services weren’t listed, I sent a copy with the services circled and invited you to reach out if you were still having trouble locating them. As a small family-owned business that has grown significantly over the past few years, we’ve transitioned to sending quotes, invoices, and receipts electronically because it provides the most accurate recordkeeping for both our customers and our office. However, we’re always happy to provide or mail a paper copy upon request. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our communication and customer experience.
