I just had Simply Septic come out today and they were amazing, courteous, and very fair. Jimmy and Jay came and told me it was not time to pump out. They stated it would be a few more years before I would need to pump out my septic tank. I was amazed at this because I have been told by other companies that it was time. Honestly, this is the type of company you would want to use in this economy. Fair and very informative. They refused payment because they thought it would be unfair to charge for just looking at the inside of tank. Thank you Jimmy and Jay!!! You have my business from now on.

I highly recommend simply septic services. Called them out for routine septic flushing and Corey came and told me that my drainage field was failing and gave me the option to flush the field and tank which will give me another 3-5 years before a full field and tank replacement. The estimate was reasonable. Corey was professional and experienced. I’m happy with the work. Will call them when I need my system changed in a few years for sure!

I requested an estimate for pumping my septic tank and installing a lid and riser. The technician gave me two quotes:One for pumping the tank and installing the lid and riser.Another for pumping the tank and the lines, plus the lid and riser, more than double the cost.I declined the second option.When the technician came to do the work, I was at my job with no cell signal, and my wife was home. He told her the lines “needed work” and proceeded to perform the expensive service I had already declined.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience, but we would like to clarify what occurred. Our technician arrived to complete the approved work of pumping the tank and installing a riser based on photos provided before the appointment. While performing that work, our technician discovered a concern with the drain field and provided a separate estimate. Your wife was encouraged to discuss it with you, seek other opinions and estimates, and call us back if you decided to proceed. The only potential additional charge discussed was the possibility of pumping the tank again if it refilled before a return visit, not an automatic $700 price increase. Our technicians had completed the original work and were packing their tools to leave when your wife authorized the additional service. The extra work was not scheduled or expected that day, but the crew stayed to complete it at her request. We understand that being advised to speak with you before making the decision may have caused frustration, but it was intended to prevent work from being approved without both homeowners being comfortable. Again She was told that we could come back another day to do the additional work. We also take the concern regarding the inlet baffle seriously and are willing to review the matter directly. We never want a customer to feel pressured or misled. However, we do not believe it is accurate to describe this as a bait-and-switch when the additional issue was discovered during the original service, a separate estimate was provided, other estimates & opinions were encouraged, and the work was performed only after receiving authorization.

I called to schedule service and when they arrived thy advised ne the septic was under my payers even though the permit indicated otherwise. They wanted to charge me double to remove the pavers to dig. I asked thm to let me know location on septic tank and that my husband would remove them and I would reschedule. I called to reschedule the next day and was advised they would call me back. I called another company Circle J, who cme our quickly and stated the tank was not under pavers we removed, but was exactly where permit indicated!
