    We’re grateful to have met such an honest and reputable septic company, they didn’t overcharge us for their work even though it was a job that needed immediate attention. They did a great job and left the property in good condition, even having used an excavator. Highly recommend choosing them for your septic needs!

    They sent a guy over to inspect our septic and he pulled out the motor without ever asking us first. Plus, it’s a gravity-fed system, so what’s with the motor? Seems pretty sketchy to me.

    I called Simple Septic Solutions because the ground around my septic tank was sinking. After I had dug up and found the sewer line into the tank had settled and split. I needed advice about what I could do to fix the problem myself. Kim was very helpful and even came to check the situation and lend advice. After his evaluation and advice I was able to correct this problem myself. It turned out I needed to have the tank partially pumped in order to get the internal fluid levels down enough to do the repair.
