They left an Oil mess up and down my driveway. Could have been prevented as I was told later, after complaining, that they knew the truck leaked oil. This is NOT customer service. I will be using someone else next time.

We work with Sierra Septic frequently and love working with them. They are an honest, fair and reputable company. We always call them first and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Sierra Septic was absolutely amazing!!! Scott came out to my house on his day off and went the extra mile to help. I will definitely call them for any future septic needs.

Unacceptable across the board. They showed up over two hours late, and it only went downhill from there. Their equipment wasn’t working, which dragged the job out to nearly twice as long as it should have. To make matters worse, they spilled what looked like close to two quarts of oil all over the dirt on the property and made no effort to properly clean it up or take responsibility, instead they tried to conceal it by kicking dirt on it and then left it. That’s not tacky its highly inappropriate. Communication was just as bad.

Friendly, honest, and reasonably priced! They even pumped my septic same day! (Which was very nice since it was coming up in the house....) Hopefully I won't have to call them for many years, but will definitely call them fisrt!

Most reviews mention the team of Scott, Cindy, and Ryan, or describe the company locating hidden septic components. Douglas says Mr. Patton located his septic hole on the first try. Chuck says Ryan identified the necessary repairs promptly and fixed the issue with attention to detail. Sandra says Ryan spent hours in the summer heat searching for access points, eventually digging under a fountain and rose garden to uncover manholes that had been built over. Brittney says she works with the company frequently and calls them first.
