    After emptying my 2 septic tanks, the driver stated without any basis that the tanks were larger than they actually were (2,000 gallons instead of 1,500) and demanded an additional $195. I've emptied these septic tanks several times before and no one questioned that they were larger than 1500 gallons.

    I use to use them UNTIL they added a $100 charge for digging up the septic tank cover. Seriously ?! All companies serving Farmington and Livonia, except Gordon Lang, now have the added charge to access your septic tank. North of this area almost no one has this additional fee. How do u do a service when u won't even access the system unless a additional fee is charged ?

Most reviewers describe septic visits that were quick and courteous. Ally called in the morning to have a tank emptied, and someone "came out an hour later". Stephen wrote that the crew arrived on time and was polite when he had septic tank issues, and Amanda described a team that was prompt and thorough. One customer, Marek, said that after two tanks were emptied the driver disputed their size and asked for an additional charge. Several other reviewers say they would call the company again.
