The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Terrible service, unqualified personnel, and they will not back up their work! Had them come out to diagnose and repair a septic system, we are a year past the initial diagnostic and the septic pump still does not work, and that's after paying for two brand new pumps! Be very careful when using this company and make sure everything is clearly listed on your quote or service order. These people are shady.

The choice between mobile and on-site pumping is the one question worth settling before the truck rolls. A short call to Sharps Sanitation answers it, and the first scheduled pump-out can go on the calendar from there.
