    We had a small emergency on the 4th of July, one call to Sewer Rooter and they were at our house within an hour. Incredible service…and on a holiday which was even more noteworthy!! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!

    We had Sewer Rooter come to our home to diagnose an issue where we had a little bit of water backing up into our bathtub and laundry hookup when draining from the basement. After explaining the issue pertaining to water backing up when it needed to drain, the tech proceeded to turn on all faucets in the lower level of the home to diagnose the issue. After around 10 minutes of doing this, he flooded our pantry where the laundry hookup is and the upstairs bathroom. Water also seeped into the surrounding rooms and basement bathroom causing damage.

    Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few details regarding this service call. The original call we received was for a laundry drain backing up. Based on the information provided, our technician performed standard diagnostic procedures to determine the source of the problem. The owner did not come to the property to diagnose the issue, as stated in your review. A video inspection was completed, and photos showed the main sewer line was nearly completely blocked with roots prior to our arrival. Our technician diagnosed the issue and successfully cleared the roots from the line. Accurate descriptions of plumbing symptoms are critical, as they help determine the proper diagnostic approach and expectations for service. Although we did not believe the pre-existing condition of the sewer line was caused by our work, we still chose not to charge any service fees for the time spent diagnosing the issue and clearing the blockage. While we understand your frustration, we did not feel it was appropriate for Sewer Rooter & Plumbing to assume responsibility for damages resulting from a sewer line condition that existed before our visit. We value every customer and strive to provide honest, professional service. We wish you the best moving forward.

    Brady answered all of my questions before, during, and after the process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The work was completed on time and stayed within budget, which we really appreciated. Brady was down-to-earth, easy to work with, and clearly very knowledgeable. We’re very pleased with the overall experience and would definitely recommend Brady and Sewer Rooter. They will be our go to for all future plumbing needs!

    I had a basement flooding and they were the only ones that came on the same day I called. Every other company was telling me they were a week or 2 before they get to me. Theyre very professional and would definitely recommend them and use them again.
