Rob from Septicrooter was extremely helpful! I had an almost immediate response to our concern and an appointment was made. Upon further questioning Rob gave us guidance to take of the issue ourselves and save a service call for the time being which is much appreciated, especially in this economy. Thank you for your assistance, we will definitely utilize your services for all our future needs!

Rob was great at explaining the options and giving me reasonable explanations. I was able to describe how a past repair by another company was done and Rob was able to explain what was likely happening now. The price came in at what I expected without me worrying about it being too high or suspiciously low. I was able to observe their ongoing progress, and if I had questions, to help me better understand how septic systems work Rob or the crew were willing to educate me. I left it to them and they completed the work in great time.

    Response from the owner

We appreciate your thoughtful feedback and are glad to hear about your positive experience with Rob and our team. Providing transparent communication and quality service is our priority. Thank you for choosing SepticRooter™; we look forward to assisting you with any future needs you may have.
