Septico in Pioneer, CA

I had called several septic companies in our area. They all quoted really high & did not have very good customer service. I appreciated the friendly staff and quick service from Septico. It ended up being a lot cheaper than what I was quoted. I am very happy & will definitely recommend them in the future!

This is our first time getting our tank pumped. Although the previous owners of our house used a local company, I really wanted to support a more local business, closer to our area upcountry. Setting up an appointment was easy, rescheduling was even easier. Talking to Steven (owner), was very pleasant. I wanted to be present when they came out. After waiting 30 minutes, I didn't see or hear anyone. I called the office and they checked with the driver. Turns out they came, pumped, and left without me noticing.

Thank you Steve from Septico for having our back and giving great service once again your crew are amazing and I highly recommend your company as a business of choice for consumers. Last August we had our septic tank pumped and inspected and was the best company to deal with and the best price we could find. Well last Saturday or line had a collusion blockage past the clean out on the way to the septic. I tried to unblock it but no luck.

Wow, If there is any company that truly cares about a customer, this hands down is the one. Not only did the company and employees do the job but went out of their way to help me fix the clogged issues. Steve/Anthony& Wednesday are perfect . Thank you for a great service and outstanding customer care.
