Desiree, We are very glad to hear you were impressed by our Service Tech who did your on-site repairs. We also think he is very respectful, along with all of our personnel. As far as the Superintendent goes, let’s look at the merit of each of your claims. • The estimate of $58,000 for a new system: This is incorrect. You received two options from us and neither option was anywhere close to even 1/3 of that amount. • The estimates were pending a soil morphology test to determine the exact type of system and cost. You did not allow us to do a soil test. • Location of system: We took into account your pasture and beautifully landscaped property when making a determination of where the field would be located. • “Special land studies”: We believe you are referring to a soil morphology test. This test is required by Warren County to install a septic system. Per a county records search, we see you had this test preformed on 3-30-26 by another company after we informed you in January we did not want you as a customer. • $200 inspection fee: Warren County requires a $200 permit for a septic replacement. This fee is applicable regardless of who performs the work. We are certain you paid for this permit as Warren County requires the homeowner to pay for and pull this permit. • Complete system for $9,000: The type of system you had installed was a lagoon. This is the cheapest type of system you can install based on the soils test results we obtained from the Warren County records. Per our discussion on-site, you gave our Superintendent the impression you did not want a pond full of cat tails, bull frogs, and waste Lagoon on your site. We are glad you have found a septic company you are happy with. Per you, the first company you had do work for you quit taking your calls. Upon calling us and dealing with you for months, we informed you in January that we were not interested in doing work for you. You are 100% correct about one thing in your review. This is a wonderful company, with 43 years of servicing our community, filled with great people, and owned and operated by a well-respected, local family of great people. As far as the company being ruined by a “slimy little man with ego issues”, I’m sorry you feel this way, with a total lack of respect you did not reach out to tell us about your displeasure with your experience. Instead, you post misleading and additionally false information online. We know our Superintendent with 15 years of service is a valued and trusted member of our team of great people.
