Homeowners report prompt visits from Billy to track down buried septic lids and inspect tanks. Tom noted that the job involved using a camera to find the buried access point and "adding a riser to the tank" so future work would not require digging. Septic Pro also answers homeowner questions on site and provides guidance on routine system maintenance.
