Life has a funny way of putting us in some deep, dark, and downright stinky circumstances. But thankfully, we serve a God who specializes in pulling us out of the mess! That’s exactly how I feel about Septic Plus. When my septic system pump failed, Matt and his team showed up and delivered. They were professional, prompt, and got everything taken care of under warranty. The Bible reminds us that God is faithful to bring us through the valleys, and apparently, He also provides excellent septic companies for when you find yourself in a different kind of valley.

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your kind words, Brantley. Matt and all of Septic Plus strive hard to provide the best customer service and honest clear advice. We really appreciate customers like you. Please call anytime you need us!

Within the Commerce comparison, Septic Plus is the only company with verified entries in both Georgia DPH trade registers. That distinction concerns installer and pumper status, not the quality of a completed job.

License
Certified Septic Tank Installer
Status
On the Georgia DPH roster for Jackson County
Checked
11 Sept 2026

The Georgia DPH Certified Septic Tank Installer register confirms Septic Plus for installation work, while the Approved Septic Tank Pumper register confirms its approval for pumping. Both rosters are organized by county of business location and identify companies without licence numbers or addresses, so the matches rely on company name, phone and county. These results establish the company's status on the Jackson County rosters, but they do not assess workmanship or conditions on a particular property.

Local Ground

Around Commerce, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Commerce city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

For a failing system, the central decision is whether drain field repair or a new installation fits the diagnosis. One useful phone question is what testing will distinguish those two paths.
