David was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole service. We thought we had some years left before pumping our septic again but thankfully we did an inspection and found that this wasn’t the case. Without the inspection we likely would have had a backup soon! We are grateful for the help and information regarding our septic system.

David was amazing to deal with. I utilized his free septic Inspection offer. He showed up on time and was very professional. He Inspected my tank and informed me that I would need to be pumped pretty soon. I expected him to give me a date he would be out, but with him waiting on his truck to be delivered, he chose to lose out on the business so that I would not run into any issues. This was absolutely amazing to hear. He chose his customers needs over his own monetary gain. I hope to use him in the future for the rest of my septic needs.

David came on time and was very professional and helpful. We got great advice on how to maintain our septic tank and didn’t push any unnecessary services. When our tank is ready to be pumped we will be calling David for that service. Thank you!

Septic Heroes provided an excellent septic inspection for my property! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We pump our septic tank about every 4 years and it’s been about that time. They said we were about due for a pump and had a few more months if needed, they are highly qualified and told me about the certifications they have. They took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood the condition of my system and any potential concerns.

    Response from the owner

Hi Blake, Thank you for your kind words! We’re glad we could provide a thorough inspection and give you peace of mind about your system. Keeping homeowners informed is our priority, and we appreciate your trust in Septic Heroes! If you ever need a pump or have any questions, we’re here to help.
