Septic Blue rescheduled my service twice and then told me they cannot service the location due to “conflict of interest”. Very unprofessional! If service cannot be provided, the customer should be told the first time.

My home is 14 months old. I have a concrete, 1000 gallon tank. I called Septic Blue to pump my tank because it was full. Prior to my appointment, I was told that the price for pumping a 1000 gallon tank was $200 ($49 of that was a dispatch fee.) I was also told that if I had more than 1000 gallons, the tech would let me know of the additional cost. That was all that was stated to me! The tech digs up my tank and proceeds to show me a $2300 bill! The bill included a filter, two tank risers, enzyme treatment, pumping fee, warranty and busting fee.

I would honestly give this company 0 stars if I could. The company came to drain out our septic tank but they were not able to even locate the septic tank. It wouldn’t have been a problem if they couldn’t locate the septic tank and left, but they charged my mom $800 at first and reduced the price to $500. $500 wasted on literally nothing as the company dug a bunch of holes, broke our fence and left!
