Quoted from the website of Septic Blue of Douglasville, read 15 Sept 2026.

Bigger work runs from an emergency repair to a completely new installation. Oscar went above & beyond on September 5th I can’t thank him enough. He was professional, sincere, and truly helped me get my septic system working again. Septic Blue should be honored to have him as an employee. I will definitely request him for all my future septic needs. Thank you Oscar god bless you.

I can’t say enough about Oscar. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, gave me options, and went a step further alerting me to a possible water leak inside the house. I called the plumber and Oscar was right. We had a leak that was causing water to continuously flow into the tank which was causing the septic tank to fill up too quickly. Two other companies have been out to check on it for us, and neither of them mentioned a possible leak. Thank you so much Oscar for going a step above and beyond and not only fixing the current problem, but helping me resolve the issue causing the problem!

Septic Blue is the place to call for servicing your septic system. Mike Turpen did an amazing job on my tank. I highly recommend this place!

Septic Blue is paid off commission and they attempted to get me to pay 1600 bucks for a septic pump out that only cost 500 from sample septic. I have a 3 tank system that only requires 1 tank to be pumped at a time. They claim grease stopped it up. Luckily I got a 2nd opinion.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several customers describe technicians who arrived on time, worked out what the tank actually needed, and walked them through the options before starting. Jennifer's review tells the sharpest version: Oscar spotted a household water leak that kept filling her tank, then "went a step further" and helped her track down the cause. Other reviews credit Oscar, Michael Turpen and Josh Murphy with getting tanks back in working order.

Before You Call

The decision most owners face with a company like this is whether a sluggish tank needs a scheduled pump-out or an emergency visit, and Septic Blue offers both in Douglasville. One thing worth asking when you call: how quickly a crew can reach your address on a weekend, since problems rarely time themselves for business hours.
