Scheduled appointment, they showed up within their time frame. The whole process went smoothly. I will call Scout for any future septic service.

Both techs were friendly, quick and professional. Jared answered all questions and made recommendations for the future. Replaced our damaged lid with a new one. Two thumbs up!

    Response from the owner

During my career, I’ve overseen the care of multiple septic systems and dealt with many installations and repairs of those systems. I have dealt with several companies, some better than others. Eli and Ron were consummate professionals. Very knowledgeable, explaining every detail, easy to talk to; they made rather unpleasant work look easy. Thanks for a great job!

    Response from the owner

Thanks, Tommie, really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Glad our team could be professional, explain everything clearly, and make a not-so-fun job feel smooth and easy 😄👍

Good communication to let us know when the work would be happening, The "advance team" did their probing and evaluating our site, and left it in great condition.

    Response from the owner

Thanks, Bob! We really appreciate you highlighting the clear communication and the advance team’s probing and site evaluation, and we’re glad everything was left in great shape. We’ll keep doing our best to make septic work as smooth (and as minimally “septic”) as possible 😄🛠️

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several customers describe the same rhythm: a crew that arrives when promised and techs who explain the work before they leave. Ethan, a repeat grease interceptor customer, calls the crew "always on time and respectful," and Tommie credits Eli and Ron with making an unpleasant job look easy. Sam booked a septic line repair with a Friday call for a Monday morning slot, then got a call afterward explaining what the crew found before it wrapped the job.

Before You Call

When a drain field keeps failing, the decision in front of a homeowner is whether another repair buys a season or the system has run its course and a new install makes more sense. Scout Septic builds replacement systems, so that conversation can start and finish with one crew. One question worth asking on the phone: what they would want to look at on your lot before they size a new tank and field.
