Scott's Septic Service in IN

They started out good, but then they stopped coming. Scott told my husband he would do it in less than a week, my husband told me a week. It’s now been two weeks, and no one is working. We are disappointed in him, we really thought that a company charging $30,000. Would do a good job, and do it in the time he told us. We know it’s a big job, we have worked construction before, we wouldn’t let holidays get in the way. If my husband said we would do it in the amount of time given. They decided to take the long weekend, three days. When they show up for work they do work.

Scott’s septic service has been quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and able to solve every problem we have had them out to address. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Northwest Indiana area!

I’ve always believed that the manner in which a person manages his personal life, that is the same morality, ethics, honesty and sense of fairness, is also the manner in which a person manages his business. I’ve had one interaction with Scott. Unfortunately, I believed him when he posted that a boat he was selling had a new motor with only 15 hours on it, I believed him when he said there was nothing wrong with the boat, I believed him when he agreed on a price including a “sea trial” to demonstrate that the boat was in good condition.

Contacted Scotts after no response from other companies and they answered back within an hour, came right out that day and got the job done through many obstacles. Extremely pleased with their service. I’d give more than five stars if possible. Great attitudes , respectful of property and very persistent in accomplishing their goals. I would highly recommend Scott’s Septic Service, especially if you own a very old home.
