Extremely disappointing experience, unexpected additional fee and no response I hired this company to handle a septic tank abandonment permit and inspection at my property in Coral Gables. When I initially called, I was provided an invoice clearly outlining the scope of work: * Abandonment PERMIT * Pump-out and rupture of the existing septic tank * Final inspection / Department of Health Green Tag * Total: $500 The invoice also stated that 100% was due upon signing, which I paid immediately and without negotiating the price.

SB Engineering is responsive, fair, and professional. Sarima and her team were quick to assist us with a septic tank inspection and report. The report was well done. Highly recommend.

What outstanding and professional service this company provides! They had previously inspected my septic tank and serviced it after I purchased the house. Then they helped us getting all the permits and approvals with the county. And, more recently, i had them come out to pump out the tank which they did the next day! And their technician suggested a change to the septic tank link to make it easier to service in the future. They came out and installed that as well and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them!
