We had a great experience with Sam's Creek! We were initially given some very high estimates from two different plumbers to replace a cracked Y-pipe. We also needed to have the discharge pipe from the house to the septic tank repaired before the plumber could do the Y-pipe replacement. We called Sam's Creek to take care of the discharge pipe, and it turned out they were able to handle both repairs for much, much less than what we had been quoted by the plumbers. From the very first phone call, everything was easy and straightforward.

I recently had to have a new septic system installed and I contracted with Sams Creek. The work was done in a timely manner and Joe explained the process of the required repairs. It was a pleasure to work with everyone (from the administration to Joe's crew). I would not hesitate to contact Sams in the future.

We highly recommend Sams Creek Septic! We worked with 3 other companies to figure out what was wrong with our septic system and what needed to be done. We kept getting different, expensive answers. Joe talked us through the process, was honest, and found a great solution. Start with them! Don't waste money on other companies like we did. (And I don't recommend using a plumbing company for septic work.)
