S & D Septic & Grease Tank Services in MO

I called S&D and they responded quick. The pump guy Joey was super polite and had a very good conversation with me while pumping. Theses guys are for sure Number 1 in the Number 2 business!!!! Call S&D for all your next pumping!!

Called S&D to pump out my grease trap at my commercial kitchen. Decided to add them to my list of recommendations I give to all of my business friends after the prompt service. Lady in the office was sweet, and got me on the list, they were quite busy that week so was supposed to get me taken care of within the week sometime. I expected later rather than sooner with how busy they were. Man showed up the NEXT day! My grease trap was plum full, it was making my kitchen smell something terrible. I couldn’t have customers coming in & smelling that. The fact that they got me in quick was a plus!

Fast, Friendly, & Efficient. We had issues with our septic backing up into our shower. Called multiple places around & most were overpriced. Finally, chose to call S&D and I’m glad we did. Young man was here & straight to work, pumped out our septic & treated our tank with RootX. Price was fair, & reasonable compared to others. I loved that this company is a small & family run company made for a more personable service not going to a huge company. Id recommend S&D to anyone needing Septic or Grease tank services. 5 stars here!

If I could give 0 stars I would Sorry for the venting but I am warning anyone who needs septic tank pumped DO NOT CALL S AND D SEPTIC SERVICE I am giving a 0 rating. We have had them here Monday and weds and he has refused to pump it out. He will not listen to us that our pump out goes straight into our septic. I have never been so flustered with dealing with any kind of business before. So beware before you call on them.

Called and got an immediate response, because of rain we tentatively scheduled for two days later and was told I could get them on the phone at anytime and the lady followed up with me the next day. The guy showed up on time, actually 30 minutes early!! BONUS and he was friendly and got the job done in no time. Point is…don’t always go by reviews. Sometimes local owned companies get overlooked by the big advertisers and shouldn’t be! Thank you thank you thank you, S&D
