    DO NOT USE! They may seem nice and helpful but he will ghost you. He came to the house took a look at everything said he'll order some parts and be back later that week. That was almost a month ago, now he will not answer my calls, texts or emails! Completely unprofessional and no way to run a business. If I could give zero stars I would. Just look at the other 1-2 star reviews, they are true he will leave you hanging out to dry. Find someone else.

    I'm sorry you felt that you needed to leave this review however I did reach out twice to let you know that I had your parts and was ready to come do the repair for you. I did not hear back from you after leaving those voicemails. Also left you a voicemail and an email reply stating that I still have the parts and can come do the repair for you. I would not waste my time nor purchase parts for your repair just to leave you hanging. If you still want the repair done please reach out.

    They gave me a date, then ghosted on me. I stayed home all day for nothing. Later they apologized and gave me another date. Never showed up, never called. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

    I am DELIGHTED with our service from Rural Septic & Drain Service. We had a drain clog that stopped up ALL of our bathrooms the week after I had knee surgery, and my wife was down with a back injury. We dreaded the call around because we call long lists of numbers and never hear back from services. We were incredibly fortunate this time to be given RS&DS as a referral. AMAZING DIFFERENCE FROM FIRST CONTACT. Scott returned contact promptly, communicated clearly what his availability was, and gave estimated timing.
