I paid $4500 for a new commercial sink. When I pay $4500 for a 51” sink.. I expected a sink that wouldn’t break like the one I was replacing. I told them don’t go cheap on the sink. They cheaped out on the sink and bought one that cracked at the seams in 4 months. They sent guys to try and do patch work (which is against code for restaurants) They gave me a hard time during the warranty period ignoring me. Eventually I left a 1 star review.. and they came to replace the sink within 3 days. They replaced it with another cheap sink that cracked at the seams after 3 months.

Had a pipe burst during this cold stretch. They were the only plumbers that answered my call. Came within the time frame, finished on time, gave me options and were easy to work with. Definitely recommend

Spoke with Joe this morning in regards to my clogged kitchen sink. He had a technician there 30 minutes later. The tech, Henry, was very personable, efficient in his diagnosis & explanation of the problem and diligently corrected it along with 2 other future potential issues. Wholeheartedly recommend Rubber Duck Plumbing!
